Orgintelligentz is a web-based software application that takes a unique look at how an organization functions and uses this information to improve its day to day tasks and responsibilities. The application uses organizations' knowledge networks, in conjunction with their social networks, to determine such metrics as employee performance scores and knowledge flow/dissemination within the organization, and also uses these knowledge and social networks to determine the best people to staff on any given project.
